Incident Report for Sauce Labs Inc
On Sunday between 6:15pm and 7:35pm PST, wait times were high on both our PC and Mac Clouds. Our service saw an unexpected burst of demand which in turn made one of our services run out of memory. The affected service was restarted and systems were brought back to their normal state. We’ve adjusted our monitoring tools and our service to prevent another occurrence.
