Incident Report for Sauce Labs Inc
On Monday November 26th between 3pm and 6:45pm PST our service exhibited several short intervals of high wait times in both our PC and Mac clouds. The root cause of these events was identified as a combination of high demand and increased load during multiple production deploys. Our long standing plan to increase capacity of both PC and Mac clouds will be executed this week and will prevent this type of incident in the future. All services are now fully operational.
