What happened:
Virtual Device Cloud testing availability gradually decreased in the US-West-1 data center.
Why it happened:
A product defect was introduced causing Virtual Device Cloud testing sessions to fail to start.
How we fixed it:
Rollback to a stable version.
What we are doing to prevent it from happening again:
Strengthen pre-deployment validation and reassess configuration rollout strategies.
Resolved
Between 12:05 UTC and 12:35 UTC, we experienced a high error rate and longer session start times for Desktop and Virtual Device tests in the US-West-1 data center. The issue has been resolved. All services are fully operational.
