Incident Report for Sauce Labs

Resolved

Between 17:15 and 17:35 UTC a service responsible for managing Sauce Connect tunnels was updated and caused tests to not obtain tunnels as it should in our US-WEST-1 data center. We took remedial action and the problem was resolved.
