Incident Report for Sauce Labs

Resolved

Between 09:21 and 10:31 UTC, Live Real Device tests were unresponsive in our UI. Tests started but it was not possible to control the app or browser on the device. Remedial action was taken and these tests are now working as expected. All services are fully operational.
