What happened:

The Sauce Labs dashboard for the EU-Central-1 datacenter was not accessible.

Why it happened:

The gateway in front of https://app.eu-central-1.saucelabs.com/ was misconfigured.

How we fixed it:

A rollback was executed to the previous known working version.

What we are doing to prevent it from happening again:

Improved synthetic monitoring for https://app.eu-central-1.saucelabs.com/.
